PH wins natl costume award at Miss Universe 2024

CHELSEA Manalo, the Philippines' bet at the 73rd Miss Universe pageant, may not have won the country's fifth crown but took home the fan-voting national costume award for the second consecutive year.

'Proudly representing their homeland, the National Costume is a way for contestants to share their country's story, traditions, and values with the world. Based on your votes, we're proud to announce the top 3 National Costumes,' Miss Universe posted on Saturday.
