CHELSEA Manalo, the Philippines' bet at the 73rd Miss Universe pageant, may not have won the country's fifth crown but took home the fan-voting national costume award for the second consecutive year.
"Proudly representing their homeland, the National Costume is a way for contestants to share their country's story, traditions, and values with the world. Based on your votes, we're proud to announce the top 3 National Costumes," Miss Universe posted on Saturday.
