Maritime schools appeal for last-minute changes on Magna Carta

Even before President Marcos could sign the Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers that Congress recently approved, maritime schools in the country have already called for an urgent review of the impending law before it spells the death knell of Philippine maritime education and training.
