DoJ, Comelec join forces vs vote buying

Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla and Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia on Monday signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) that would effectively combine the resources and legal authorities of the two agencies in prosecuting vote buyers and sellers.
