Bill filed protecting freelancers' rights

SEN. Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go has filed Senate Bill 2107 or the 'Freelance Workers Protection Act' which seeks to provide protection and incentives for freelance workers.

The lawmaker, who is a member of the Senate Committee on Labor, said the measure aims to recognize the rights of freelance workers and ensure that they are protected and adequately compensated for their services.
