SEN. Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go has filed Senate Bill 2107 or the "Freelance Workers Protection Act" which seeks to provide protection and incentives for freelance workers.
The lawmaker, who is a member of the Senate Committee on Labor, said the measure aims to recognize the rights of freelance workers and ensure that they are protected and adequately compensated for their services.
