Bangko Sentral sees slower April inflation

(UPDATE) INFLATION could moderate further in April due to lower food, fuel and electricity prices, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) said on Friday.

Following a significant decline in March to 7.6 percent from February's 8.6 percent, the central bank said consumer price growth was likely to decelerate to a range of 6.3 to 7.1 percent this month.
