Doctor is in on 'healthy' Duterte, medical marijuana, free health care

A doctor running for a seat in the Senate believes that President Rodrigo Duterte is healthy but should disclose his real condition to the public.

Doctor Wilie Ong, during the ABS-CBN senatorial forum 'Harapan 2019' on Sunday evening, also said he was in favor of legalizing medical marijuana as long as there were studies to support its benefits.
