A doctor running for a seat in the Senate believes that President Rodrigo Duterte is healthy but should disclose his real condition to the public.
Doctor Wilie Ong, during the ABS-CBN senatorial forum "Harapan 2019" on Sunday evening, also said he was in favor of legalizing medical marijuana as long as there were studies to support its benefits.
