THE yellow alert that was raised in the Luzon grid early Tuesday had been lifted as power demand declined, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said.
In its advisory, the grid operator said available capacity was at 11,368 megawatts (MW) while peak demand was at 10,714 MW.
