SIGNAL No. 1 remains over parts of Central Philippines although tropical depression "Usman" slightly weakened as it moved closer towards Eastern Visayas, the state-run weather bureau said on Thursday.
Affected areas are: Romblon, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, (including Ticao and Burias Islands), Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Samar, Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Northern Cebu including Camotes Islands, Aklan, Capiz, Northern Iloilo, Northern Negros Occidental, and Dinagat Island.
