SEN. Richard Gordon wants prison records digitalized to ensure prompt and accurate information of the time served by a convict.
Gordon aired his proposal after Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Nicanor Faeldon announced that 1,000 inmates in penitentiaries might be released in accordance with Republic Act (RA) 10592 or the “Good Conduct Time Allowance Law.”
