The Philippines and Japan are eyeing more business partnerships to develop New Clark City into a future-ready urban center.
The aim was tackled in a seminar entitled “New Clark City with Japan’, which was conducted by the Department of Finance (DoF) to encourage further collaborations in turning New Clark City into a place “driven by technology and the most forward-looking industries.”
