THE number coding traffic scheme for public utility vehicles (PUVs) in Metro Manila remained suspended on Tuesday to provide commmuters with additional transport, a day after a strong earthquake struck parts of Luzon.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) gave its directive despite the resumption of train operations.
