The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director, Senior Supt. Guillermo Eleazar, on Monday announced the appointment of new police station commanders for Novaliches Police Station (PS 4) and Eastwood Police Station (PS12). Effective September 19, Supt. April Mark Young replaced Supt. Jerico Orillo Baldeo in Novaliches, while Supt. Robert Sales will assume the post of Supt. Jeffrey Bilaro as Eastwood Police Station commander. Baldeo will undergo the Officers Senior Executive Course necessary for his promotion to the next higher rank and career advancement. Bilaro will be the District Salaam Officer, which is related to his previous assignment and training as Police Community Relations (PCR) chief. Young was Deputy Provincial Director for Operations (DPDO) of Davao del Norte, aside from having been police chief of four Davao del Norte municipalities.
