RAILWAY transport in Metro Manila resumed operations on Tuesday, a day after they were suspended due to an earthquake.
The Department of Transportation (DoTr) said there were no structural defects after assessing the impact of the 6.1-magnitude quake that struck Zambales and felt in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
