METRO Manila local governments have been ordered to raise a blue alert and implement stringent measures to prevent casualties following the 6.1 magnitude earthquake that rocked the capital region and Central Luzon on Monday afternoon.
The Metro Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MMDRRMC) gave the order at 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
