TYPHOON “Maymay” (international name: “Jebi”) is now outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) but will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon or “habagat”, bringing scattered light to heavy rains over Luzon and Visayas, the state-run weather bureau said on Monday.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains showers and thunderstorms will be be experienced over Luzon, particularly in Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol region, and Zamboanga Peninsula, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
