FOREIGN Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. on Thursday rejected calls to involve the international community in the latest incident at the South Cina Sea where a Chinese ship sunk a Filipino fishing boat and left its crew "to the elements."
There were calls from netizens for Locsin to "ask friendly nation for support."
