MANILA City Mayor Joseph Estrada has offered a P200,000 reward to anybody who can provide information on the identity of the truck driver and the owner of the siphoning truck, which was caught on close circuit television (CCTV) dumping human waste in a canal in Malate, Manila.
In a press briefing on Monday, Estrada said he would give P100,000 for the information on the identity of the driver and truck owner and another P100,000 when the suspects have been charged and sentenced by the court.
