Pia Cayetano and former senator and defeated presidential candidate Manuel Roxas 2nd led senatorial aspirants on the penultimate day of filing of certificates of candidacy (CoCs)at the main office of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in Intramuros, Manila.
Imee, daughter of the late strongman Ferdinand Marcos, was draf-ted by the Nacionalista Party (NP) led by former Senate president Manuel Villar Jr.
