TARLAC CITY: A group with about 1,000 members nationwide urged government to declare Jose Rizal’s birth anniversary a public holiday.
Kapatiran Ang Likas na Kaliwanagan National President Gloria Dava Labarda said that apart from December 30, which is a regular holiday commemorating the national hero’s death, it was equally important to celebrate his birth.
