THE NEWLY established Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (Federal Party of the Philippines) on Monday announced that it was offering President Rodrigo Duterte the party chairmanship.
In a news conference, party Secretary General Thomas Lantion said the party’s awareness campaign for a shift to federalism would gain prominence with President Duterte’s support.
