PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is "in good health," Malacañang assured the public, even after the Chief Executive was out of the public eye for nearly a week.
Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said Duterte had plenty of work, including courtesy calls and private meetings, and deserved to rest once in a while.
