IN anticipation of the heavy flow of traffic during the Holy Week, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) reactivated its ‘Lakbay Alalay’ program.
Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar on Tuesday said that he ordered the reactivation of the department's "Lakbay Alalay" program to help travelers going home to the provinces to visit churches, pilgrimages and taking advantage of the long weekend to spend time with families and loved ones.
