THE Department Foreign Affairs (DFA) directed the Philippine embassies in Cairo and Nairobi to determine if there were Filipinos on board the Ethiopian Airlines, which crashed on Sunday morning shortly after takeoff.
Reports said there were 33 foreigners out of the 157 passengers and crew on board the ill-fated aircraft.
