Data Privacy has become a hot topic of discussion in recent months mainly due to the release of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA10173 on Sept. 9, 2016 and the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that took effect May 25, 2018. It has prompted changes in many large organizations.
