MUÑOZ, Nueva Ecija: Farmers worried on the possible adverse effects of Republic Act (RA) 11203, or the “Rice Tariffication Law,” can adopt carabao dairying to increase their incomes.

“In due time, the tended animals can give daily income because of their milk yield,” said Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) Executive Director Arnel del Barrio. “As the animals grow in number, the income may be comparable or even better than in rice farming.”
