THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will investigate the problems that stalled the otherwise smooth conduct of the midterm elections even as it maintained that the just concluded polls were successful.
Comelec Chairman Sheriff Abbas said on Tuesday that the investigation would be conducted after everything has settled down even as he cited possible reasons why some of the vote counting machines (VCMs) and the secured digital (SD) cards bogged down at a time when they were needed most.
