PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur: Two laborers were killed while two of their companions were seriously injured after a hazardous chemical leaked from a coastal ice plant in Barangay Tuburan on Saturday afternoon.
Responding members of the Pagadian City Police Station, Bureau of Fire Protection and Police Bomb Squad cordoned off the area and tried to stop the leak from spreading but failed.
