A DRUG suspect who claimed to be a Catholic priest was arrested with another companion during a buy-bust on Thursday in Bacoor City, Cavite.
Police said “Bishop” Richard Alcantara was arrested after he sold P200 worth of shabu to a poseur buyer with his cohort Fernando Dacuma, alias Nanding, in Tagumpay Compound, Tabing Dagat of Barangay Alima in Bacoor.
