AN automated health screening system for applicants of the Philippine National Police (PNP) was launched on Tuesday at Camp Bagong Diwa as a way to eliminate corruption in the recruitment process.
The Ronmedds (Robust, Neuro-Psychiatric, Medical and Dental Screening for Police Applicants) stores medical records of applicants in a data storage system and that the only access to these records is a barcode issued to the applicant, which reduces the possibility of tampering.
