PRESIDENTIAL Communications Secretary Martin Andanar on Monday asked the spokesman of the Consultative Committee (con-com) to “disengage” himself from his assistant secretary, Margaux “Mocha” Uson, on the task of disseminating information on federalism.

“I confronted spokesman Generoso today, I told him he needs to disengage [himself from Uson] because he did not ask permission from the PCOO. He went straight to Asec. Mocha, not us, without even informing the interagency and me as head of this department. There should be a go signal from our department,” said Andanar, referring to Ding Generoso and to the Presidential Communications Operations Office.
