REELECTED Davao 1st District Rep. Pantaleon Alvarez is willing to reach out to Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio whether or not he's elected Speaker of the House of Representatives when the 18th Congress convenes in July.
In an interview with ANC on Monday, Alvarez said that no matter who gets Duterte-Carpio’s endorsement, he would respect her decision.
