THE Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Tuesday committed to support the Philippine government in pursuing peace in Mindanao after twin explosions in Jolo, Sulu killed at least 20 people and injured about 100 others over the weekend
In a statement, ADB Vice-President Stephen Groff also extended the bank’s “deepest sympathies to the people of Jolo, Sulu and to the families of the victims.”
