The House of Representatives' Quad Committee cites ex-Mexico, Pampanga mayor Teddy Tumang in contempt for evading lawmakers' questions during a hearing investigating illegal drugs and the Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs). According to House rules, Tumang can be detained until the House has ended its inquiry.
