AT least 54 members of the House of Representatives raised P3 million as reward for information that would lead to the arrest of the killers of AKO Bicol Rep. Rodel Batocabe who was gunned down, along with his police escort, on Saturday, according to a radio report.
Batocabe, 52, was distributing gifts to senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) in at about 3:30 p.m. in Daraga, Albay when unidentified assailants peppered him and SPO1 Orlando Diaz with bullets.
