LAW enforcement authorities have seized on Monday some 300 sacks of pirated discs and DVDs during an anti-piracy operation in a sub-urban village in Naga City, a police official said on Tuesday. Camarines Sur Provincial Police Director Primo Golingay said that the seizure was a result of a joint operation done by the Optical Media Board (OMB) and operatives of the Camarines Sur Provincial Police Office (CSSPO). Golingay added the items were seized from several stalls in Barangay Triangulo and in Bichara Mall in Naga City. He also said that the seized items were taken by the OMB for preventive custody and proper disposal.
