THREE lawmakers from the Senate and the House of Representatives agreed that a quick bicameral (bicam) meeting on the Road Board Abolition bill was possible and that this proposal would be presented before the bigger body for final approval.
The initial agreement was reached during an informal meeting between Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto, Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri and House Majority Leader Rolando Andaya Jr. at the Dusit Hotel in Makati City on Tuesday night.
