COTABATO CITY: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has declared that the three-day Bangsamoro Special Satellite Registration at Camp Darapanan, the headquarters of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in Sultan Kudarat, and here in this city was a major success.
Director James Jimenez, Comelec spokesman, told The Manila Times that speaking specifically of his Cotabato experience, where he personally supervised the special voter’s registration, the registrants were very patient and cooperative, which contributed greatly to the orderly conduct of registration.
