Going meatless (on certain days)

KAY'S KITCHEN

When we talk about building a more sustainable future, the conversation often feels overwhelming. It's filled with big ideas — regenerative agriculture, carbon footprints, food technology. But what I've learned over the years, advocating for food innovation and sustainability, is that real change often begins with small, practical shifts at the personal level.

One of the most accessible, yet surprisingly powerful, changes we can make is committing to go meatless on certain days of the week.
