(UPDATE) TABUK CITY, Kalinga — Three men were killed in what authorities believe to be a tribal conflict-related shootout early Thursday in Purok 7, San Julian, Tabuk City.

The police identified the fatalities as Santos Calsiyao, Tokar Calsiyao and Leo Palat Calsiyao, all residents of Basao, Dilag, Tabuk City.
