THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will issue a show cause order (SCO) against senatorial candidate Camille Villar for alleged vote buying.
Comelec Executive Director Teopisto Elnas Jr., head of the Committee on Kontra Bigay, disclosed on Tuesday that they received an anonymous tip about Vilar's presence on stage, together with other local aspirants, raffling off cash prizes to the audience in a Cavite event on Feb. 16.
