THE government is in talks with a garments manufacturer in Hong Kong to expand its operations in the Philippines, Trade Secretary Cristina Roque said.
Speaking to the media at the sidelines of an event, Roque said the company considers the Philippines a good location for business, in light of the trade war sparked by the United States' imposing high tariffs on imports from many countries.
