Dr. Erwin Palisoc is not just a physician. He's a visionary educator and academic leader who has spent more than 20 years helping transform how science is taught, learned, and applied here in the Philippines. He currently serves as the vice president for Academics and Research at Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao, where he's leading groundbreaking initiatives that push the boundaries of research and modern learning. Before this, Palisoc was chairman of the Physics Department at De La Salle University and directed national research programs under the DOST-ERDT consortium. Dr. Palisoc has been at the forefront of shaping academic programs and developing future scientists and thinkers. He's also a passionate mentor, having guided countless students through their research and academic journeys—many of whom are now professionals and educators themselves.
