CEBU Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia once again slammed Sen. Raffy Tulfo, saying the senator disrespected Cebu and humiliated its people when he conducted a surprise inspection of the Cebu North Bus Terminal (CNBT) on April 4, 2025.
Garcia said Tulfo disrespected Cebu and the Cebuanos when he barged into the Capitol-run terminal without coordination, berated a female cashier over a P10 restroom fee, and scolded regional officials of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) in front of the public.
