SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — All 33 Catholic churches in La Union province are prepared to welcome pilgrims and devotees for the traditional Visita Iglesia during Holy Week.
"These religious sites are not only places for prayer and reflection but also cultural landmarks that represent our faith, history and tradition," said Julius Manabat, head of the La Union Provincial Tourism Office, in a press statement.
