THE Sharks Billiards Association (SBA) officially launched the Philippine Open 2025 in a press conference and signing of memorandum of agreement (MOA) on Friday at the Sharks Arena and Sports Bar, Tomas Morato, Quezon City.
The event also celebrated the start of a significant media partnership with People's Television Network (PTV) and laid out the direction for one of the biggest professional billiards tournaments in the country.
