LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Barely three months after opening a provincial government-run dialysis center in Alaminos City, Gov. Ramon Guico III inaugurated another dialysis facility last week, this time in this capital town.
Located at the Lingayen District Hospital (LDH), the newly opened dialysis center is equipped with 13 machines and aims to provide more accessible and affordable dialysis treatment to residents, particularly the underprivileged.
