CEBU CITY — Central Visayas saw a continued slowdown in inflation, recording a 2.4 percent rate in March 2025, slightly lower than February's 2.5 percent and significantly down from 3.2 percent in March 2024.
However, the region's inflation rate remained 0.6 percentage points above the national average of 1.8 percent, based on the latest figures released by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Central Visayas on Thursday, April 10.
